"Understand what people do on their computer" is an apt description of what Wakoopa does. They develop technology that lets you watch over the shoulder of your panel (or customers, or employees, all with their consent of course). This is a full service analytics shop for panel tracking.

With a solid customer base they are determining the future of panel research. Wakoopa's results are instantaneous. You get a dashboard, called QD, and you can track your panel's behavior in near-realtime. Very impressive.

Wakoopa is 100% AWS, and quite successfully. Late 2010 they asked 9Apps to help them out with their infrastructure. Wakoopa is ambitious, and together we have to figure out how to build an infrastructure that will be the enabler of that growth. We are proud they asked us!
